Like Optimus Prime, and Johnny Number Five before him, Dylan Sieh aka Tours is electronics with a soul. On his new 4 track EP Stay, Sieh lets his synths and samples flow with carefree breeziness—growing from sparse ambience into something ‘real’ and ‘thoughtful’ along the way. Number Five once asked: “Hath not a robot hands, organs, dimensions, senses, affections, passions?” And if ‘Stay’ is any indication, the answer is a resounding yes. PORTRAIT OF A PLATE:

My favorite homemade cookie this time of year is the peanut butter blossom cookie. The cookie part alone is delicious with its peanut buttery, soft, sugar cookie-like texture, but the Hershey’s Kiss on top is what makes the whole thing magical! With only six ingredients, these from-scratch cookies can be whipped up in just 10 minutes.
